New detail navigation from lists

Creating a seamless and uniform user experience is a mandatory step to provide an effective and easy to use DPS.
Opening detail pages, has been normalized, and now in the DPS by clicking on any row in any list will always open the object corresponding to the clicked row.
Previously, clicking on an event in an event list would redirect to the event related product, whereas now the event detail page will be opened.
Here below you can see the new navigation for an Action List widget.

In case you want to open a related object (e.g. Customer, Location, Thing), you will be able to click on the individual columns of the row (e.g. Thing Serial Number or Name to open the Thing).
Details popup have been enriched with quick links that can be used to navigate the context of the opened object.

This new navigation behavior affect the following widgets:

Status diagram with events

Technicians can more easily identify the causes of a fault when they can correlate events with the states of a machine.
This facilitates the identification of various situations, such as the presence of a machine state that generates a problem and thus a fault or anomaly event.

To help Technicians, we update the Status Diagram widget, and now in the Console you can specify which events (e.g. failures) you want to see along with machine states.

Parameters and Commands bulk import/export

To simplify the DPS configuration process, you can now import/export Parameters and Commands through CSV files.
In the Console, within the Parameters or Commands editing pages, you will find the Import and Export buttons on top of the lists.
