To be compliant with the EU Data Act, in the customer view, you will find the predefined page Data Management, which is located in the User menu (top left).
Within this page, the DPS users can use the Data Export widget to export their products’ data.
By default, the page is visible to users with the ACCOUNT_ADMINISTRATOR permission. Moreover, users must have EXPORT_DATA permission to interact with the Data Export widget.
This page is available by default in new projects, but you need to add it to existing ones. You can do it from the editing page of the View.
If you have already created a page to allow users to export their data, we recommend replacing it with the new predefined page, which will be extended with new data management functionalities in the future.
