By navigating to the Subscriptions page in the sidebar, the OEM back-office user can view their customers' and partners' subscriptions.

The page is subdivided into two different tabs reporting the same set of information for Customers or Partners, including:
Paid subscription: The number of subscriptions with a paid Plan or Add-on included.
Total Value: The total amount of the recurring fee generated by all active subscriptions.
Suspended Subscription: The number of subscriptions suspended due to a payment issue or other reason.
Distribution - Plans: The number of Products/Machines grouped by Plan.
Distribution - Add-on: The number of Products/Machines grouped by Add-on.
Customers/Partners Subscription: The list of subscriptions according to the selected tab.
Clicking on a subscription opens the subscription details page. This page displays the same information as the Subscriber View page, but in read-only mode.
So, it is not possible to modify the subscription content on behalf of the Subscriber (Customer or Partner).
The only action allowed is to suspend or resume the subscription.
By clicking the Suspend button, a dialog asks the user to confirm the operation.
