Subscription Management for the Organization

Prev Next

By navigating to the Subscriptions page in the sidebar, the OEM back-office user can view their customers' and partners' subscriptions.
For more details on the elements involved in Subscription management, refer to the Subscription Main Concepts article.

The page is subdivided into two different tabs reporting the same set of information for Customers or Partners, including:

  • Paid subscription: The number of subscriptions with a paid Plan or Add-on included.

  • Total Value: The total amount of the recurring fee generated by all active subscriptions.

  • Suspended Subscription: The number of subscriptions suspended due to a payment issue or other reason.

  • Distribution - Plans: The number of Products/Machines grouped by Plan.

  • Distribution - Add-on: The number of Products/Machines grouped by Add-on.

  • Customers/Partners Subscription: The list of subscriptions according to the selected tab.

Clicking on a row opens the subscription details page, which displays the same information as the Subscriber View page.

From this page, the backoffice user can perform the following operations.

Change plans and add-ons

Modify the active plan and add-ons on behalf of the subscriber (Customer or Partner).
When the Subscription is upgraded (by adding a new add-on or switching to a higher-tier plan), a Pending Payment is automatically created, and the default payment method is set to Deferred.

This ensures the additional cost is tracked and settled by the subscriber. In the case of a downgrade, no payment record is created or modified.
Optionally, the backoffice user can mark the pending payment as completed. This way, the subscriber will not be charged for using the enabled digital services until the next subscription renewal date.

Edit a discount

Set a discount percentage that applies to the subscription price and to all plan and add-on purchases made during the year.

Suspend or resume the subscription

Temporarily deactivate or reactivate the subscription.

By clicking the Suspend button, a dialog asks the user to confirm the operation.
