New user notification settings
DPS users can now manage their notification preferences from a redesigned settings panel.

In addition to choosing the notification channels and the event severities they want to be notified about, users can now also select the specific event topics for which they wish to receive notifications.
This gives each user finer-grained control, so they receive only the notifications relevant to their role and responsibilities, reducing noise and focusing on important events.
In the Console on the Account configuration page, you can enable the new Notification settings panel and configure the default settings for new users as well.

The old version of the notifications settings panel (V1) is deprecated and will remain available until December 31, 2026. After that date, all DPS users will be migrated to the new version (V2).
The new version uses a dedicated API endpoint to read and update notification settings for a specific user, while the old setting flags in the User object have been deprecated as well as V1.
Third-party integrations managing notification settings (e.g., Mobile App) must be updated integrating the new API. For more details about the migration, please contact your customer success manager.
Work Order Report
When a Technician sets a Work Order to the COMPLETED status, they can now generate a PDF report summarizing the intervention and share it directly with the Customer. The report consolidates the key details of the work performed, such as the asset involved, the activities carried out, and notes, into a single professional document.
This removes the need to compile service reports manually after each visit, ensures consistent and branded documentation across every intervention, and gives the Customer immediate, tangible proof of the service delivered, strengthening trust and transparency in the service relationship.

Work order report generation is enabled by default, and in the Console under the Work Order Settings page, you can configure how reports are generated (e.g., cover and main details templates).
QR Code Parsing Function
When scanning QR codes from the Mobile App, you can now specify the filter function to extract the token to be used to preload the form field.
In the Console, you can define your customer filter and reference it in the Properties or in the Activate Thing widget.
