In the Your Devices section, the user can have an overview of all devices used to access the DPS application, and if needed, they can force a logout from them.
Notifications
The Notifications tab permits configuring how the user must be notified upon an event.
This tab is present in two different versions, and you can select which one to use in the Account configuration page.
Version 1 (legacy and deprecated)
.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-07-21T06%3A39%3A01Z&se=2026-07-21T06%3A51%3A01Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PDUClIsJT23BeJL5IqBUdLk%2Flf14uwSBZ5%2FOWYqWnmw%3D)
Version 2 (new)

The page is structured in these sections:
Channels: DPS users can select on which channels (among the available ones) they want to be notified.
The available channels depend on the configured plugins (e.g., Push, Voice, SMS).Locations Shortlist: DPS users can, if they wish, select a subset of the locations for which they want to receive notifications.
Topics: DPS users can select the event topics for which they want to receive notifications.
Severities: DPS users can select the event severities for which they want to receive notifications.
Unlike Version 1, it is not possible to distinguish between the start and end of an event; two notifications will always be sent.Work Sessions: Allow the DPS user to enable notifications for the start and stop of work sessions.
Orders: Allow the DPS user to receive notifications on order creation and update.
When a new user is created in the DPS, the default settings will be applied as defined in the Account configuration page.
Unsubscribe from notifications
According to the GDPR, users are able to unsubscribe from notifications by themselves.
The default e-mail templates used for notifications include the unsubscribeUrl placeholder that is automatically replaced by a link that, when clicked, allows the user to turn off all notifications.
By clicking the link, the user is redirected to a confirmation page.

When confirmed, the notifications are turned off. Unsubscription also takes effect in case the email address is used within a property of type CONTACTS or in a thing Automation with a Notification action.
Reports
The Reports tab permits the DPS user to configure whether to receive periodic reports.

This tab is available only if there is at least one report defined and active for the logged-in user.
