Configuring Tickets

This guide describes how you can enable Ticket Management in your DPS.

This feature is available for the following modules:

CONNECTED FIELD SERVICES

Configuration steps:

  1. Go to the User Types page and assign the ticket-related permissions.

    1. READ_TICKET: Allow the user to read the tickets

    2. WRITE_TICKET: Allow the user to report and modify a ticket.

  2. Go to the Service View and add the predefined page Tickets.

  3. Go to the Customer View and add the predefined page Tickets.

  4. Go to the Involvement / Tickets page if you need to modify the ticket types and related properties.
