GPS Coordinates Autocompletion

We’ve enhanced back-office capabilities to better support customer and install base management. Now, when an address is provided for a location, its GPS coordinates are automatically populated based on the address details, ensuring greater accuracy and saving time.

Work Session Reports

Work Sessions can now be enriched with a report, which is automatically generated when a work session is completed.

Customer users, from the Historical Work Session List widget, can now download a report summarising the machine’s activity, offering a clear and concise overview of the work carried out. The report may include any relevant information, such as details of the work session, its parameters, meaningful metrics, and insights.

Issue Monitoring

Alerts may have limited visibility depending on user type, leading to different perceptions of the machines' status when viewing the DPS.
To overcome this limit and provide a consistent view across users, it is now possible to rely on events to highlight machines having active issues (e.g., Failure, Major/Minor anomaly).

The Map widget now allows you to highlight geolocated machines according to the presence of issue-related events.

In the sidebar menu, in addition to the Alert Count Badge, you can also display the count of active Events grouped by type (Minor anomaly, Major anomaly, and Failure).

Bug fixes (DPS)

  • The Map widget caused the tab to switch on mobile devices when scrolling.

  • In some cases, the address autocompletion feature did not automatically populate the secondary fields (e.g., city and zip code).
