Exploit the connected field service to enhance the maintenance activities.

Plugin Configuration

To enable this plugin, you need to:

  1. Go to the Integrations / Plugins page.

  2. Select the Business Apps category.

  3. Locate the ServiceMax card.

  4. Click on the card switch to activate the plugin.

  5. Configure the plugin properties and save.

Here is the list of all the properties that can be used in the plugin configuration.

PROPERTIES

Base URL

The ServiceMax base URL.
Type: STRING | Mandatory

API Key

The Servitly API Key used by ServiceMax to invocke the Servitly APIs.
Type: SELECTION | Mandatory

Consumer Key

The ServiceMax account authentication public key.
Type: STRING | Mandatory

Consumer Secret

The ServiceMax account authentication secret key.
Type: PASSWORD | Mandatory

Default Organization

The organization used to create ServiceMax users when a user jump to a product dashboard from the ServiceMax page.
Type: SELECTION | Optional

Default User Type

The user type used to create ServiceMax users.
Type: SELECTION | Optional
