Administration users belonging to any business entity (organization, partner or customer) can access the Account page from the top-right drop-down menu.
This page allows to:
modify all the information concerning the business entity (e.g. organization name)
manage sub-organizations (available for organization accounts only).
manage the users that are visible by the business entity.
manage user authorizations (available for partner and customer accounts only).
manage account settings.
General
In this tab DPS users can edit all the information related to the parent business entity.
Users
In this tab DPS users can manage and create new users.
For instance here is the place where to create users for colleagues or other family members. For more details refer to the Creating Users article.
Corporate Structure
In this section DPS users belonging to an organization can manage sub-organizations recursively.
For instance, here they can create subsidiaries, regional offices, and other business units.
Authorizations
In this tab DPS users can manage the authorizations related to:
organizations that have visibility to the business entity (partner or customer).
partners that have visibility to the customer business entity.
users who can access to specific products under the customer account (available for customer account only).
Settings
If the user wishes to delete the entire account, they can go to the Settings tab and click the Delete Account button.
Once the user has confirmed by entering the personal password, the entire account is deleted.
Note that, this operation cannot be rolled back.
