Within the product editing view, under the Cloud tab you can verify the cloud status history and if needed change the cloud status to:
ACTIVE: products can publish data and are considered within the periodic computations and Servitly Billing
INACTIVE: products cannot publish data, and periodic computation are discarded.
TEST: similar to ACTIVE, but not considered in the billing computation.
Products that have cloud status in TEST are:displayed with a warning banner placed at the top of the page.

Measure Publishing
The cloud tab also provides evidence about the status of the measure publishing, including the current rate limit (visible only to Organization and Partner users) and discarded measure count.
