Servitly helps you manage DPS-related mobile applications. One or more Mobile Apps can be registered defining the version, release notes and whether an update is mandatory. In this way a third-party mobile app, using Servitly's API, can retrieve information about the installed app and highlight to the user the presence of a new version to be installed. ## Registering a Mobile App Version To register a new *Mobile App*, you should: 1. Enter the Integrations / Mobile page. 2. Press the Add Mobile App Version button. 3. Provide the application name, platform and version. 4. Press the Save button and edit the additional information. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6759e9c9-3ce3-49df-965a-7231d2d9a10a/Images/Documentation/image(306).png) ## Editing a Mobile App Version By selecting a version, you can edit the release notes and specify whether the update is mandatory or not. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6759e9c9-3ce3-49df-965a-7231d2d9a10a/Images/Documentation/image(307).png) ## Getting App Information A third-party developed mobile app can retrieve the release information by calling a specific Servitly API, and in the presence of an update inform the user that there is a new version available, and whether the update is required to keep using the app. Refer to the *Mobile App* section in the [REST API Reference](/apidocs) article for more details. ```http GET /platform/mobileAppVersions ```
