Technicians can easily extract a set of ongoing and historical actions, along with any relevant information such as timing, title, description, notes, and outcome. ![Actions list widget with focus on the position of the command "Export All".](https://cdn.document360.io/6759e9c9-3ce3-49df-965a-7231d2d9a10a/Images/Documentation/Export All su Action List Widget(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-02T16%3A58%3A12Z&se=2026-11-02T17%3A58%3A12Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=TJXsI8bmoadRDtHpU814e40JRy4eDcZ3bmvEffQt2tU%3D) This feature simplifies the sharing of maintenance tasks, supports maintenance documentation, and provides offline access to the list of tasks to be performed or that have already been completed. ## Period selection configuration improvements To help the console user in managing period selection configuration, you can now configure the set of selectable periods in a single place, instead of doing it in any template. All [Period Fields](/v1/docs/period-field-v2) (standalone or embedded in widgets) will now use the global set of selectable periods, unless they have been redefined on the individual widgets or fields. ![Comparison of Default Period selection in Console and the effect on Period Selection options available in the DPS.](https://cdn.document360.io/6759e9c9-3ce3-49df-965a-7231d2d9a10a/Images/Documentation/Gestione dei Periodi di Default(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-02T16%3A58%3A12Z&se=2026-11-02T17%3A58%3A12Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=TJXsI8bmoadRDtHpU814e40JRy4eDcZ3bmvEffQt2tU%3D) In the [*Advanced Settings*](/v1/docs/environment-advanced-settings#ui-options)*,* the new option *Default Periods* allows you to configure the default periods users can select in the DPS to filter page data. In addition, new period options are now available: *This Quarter, Last Quarter,* *This Semester, and Last Semester*. ## Reports with quarter and semester recurrence To keep DPS users informed through effective periodic reports, it is now possible to configure quarterly and half-yearly [recurrence](/v1/docs/reports#report-recurrence). These will generate reports every three and six months, respectively (January-based). ![Settings for report recurrence options](https://cdn.document360.io/6759e9c9-3ce3-49df-965a-7231d2d9a10a/Images/Documentation/Gestione periodicità€ Report.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-02T16%3A58%3A12Z&se=2026-11-02T17%3A58%3A12Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=TJXsI8bmoadRDtHpU814e40JRy4eDcZ3bmvEffQt2tU%3D) In addition, when defining a template for a report, instead of specifying the loading period on each widget (e.g., Last 30 Days), you can now use the page implicit variable named `context_period`. The value of this variable is determined automatically according to the report being generated. ![Display of a period variable labeled 'context_period'](https://cdn.document360.io/6759e9c9-3ce3-49df-965a-7231d2d9a10a/Images/Documentation/Period Variable - context_period.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-02T16%3A58%3A12Z&se=2026-11-02T17%3A58%3A12Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=TJXsI8bmoadRDtHpU814e40JRy4eDcZ3bmvEffQt2tU%3D) Page widgets will automatically load data according to the start and end dates of the context period. In this way, you can define a single template, or template fragment, and reuse it for different recurrences without rewriting it from scratch. ## Bug fixes (DPS) - It was not possible to import thing’s data by providing a CSV containing unknown columns. Now, such columns are discarded without blocking the import. - The Value widget was not aware of the context period when used within an event or work session details template.
